Public Transit Systems
The City of Brockville operates a bus transit system for travel within the city. For more information including bus fares and schedules, visit the City website.
There are many taxi (cab) companies offering transportation in Leeds & Grenville. For a fee, they will pick you up wherever you want, and then drive you to where you want to go. The price appears on a meter in the front, beside the driver. If the meter is not on, you should ask the driver how much the trip will cost before they start driving.

EKIOC Transportation Pilot Project
This project was created to provide door-to-door transportation for people of all ages living in the Merrickville/Wolford, Rideau Lakes, Westport, Seeley’s Bay, and Lyndhurst area. Any resident of a participating community is eligible to use the EKIOC Transportation service. If you are accessing services offered or approved by one of the member agencies of the EKIOC then the cost for accessing this service is $0.43/km, otherwise it is $0.68/km.
The ultimate outcome of this pilot project is to develop a transportation service that builds on existing resources to serve all citizens of Leeds & Grenville. For more information about the EKIOC Transportation Pilot contact Sue Watts, at 613-498-2111 ext. 229.
